Delivery Options
Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using Fastway Couriers to expedite deliveries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in your order history.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over R1,000. This applies automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery. If the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
